The article should be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English, using scientific language.
The article has never been published or is not in “accepted” status for publication.
The article must be originally written by the author and does not contain any plagiarized material.
WRITING FORMAT:
TITLE - The title of the article must reflect the essence of the journal, specific, and effective, informative and direct. The maximum number of words is 15 words.
Author’s Name and Institution - Author’s name(s) should be written in full, without any qualifications or academic titles and position. The address of the author’s institution and the corresponding address (e-mail address) should be written clearly. Author’s institution should also be written in full, including the official name, address, postal code and country, according to its original naming format in the institution.
Abstract - The abstract must at least mention the purpose of the research, brief explanation of methods used, and key findings. Below are the requirements for the abstract:
- One (1) paragraph in length and not exceed 200 words.
- Use both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Should not contain references, pictures, or tables.
- Use Times New Roman, 11-point font, italicized, and single-spaced.
- Since the abstract may be published separate from the article, it is highly suggested to avoid abbreviations and quotations.
Keywords - Use carefully selected formal words for the article’s keywords to ensure that they reflect the concept of the article. Keywords are useful to connect the article to the search engine.
Article Structure - Article contains introduction, methods, results and discussions, conclusions, and recommendations.
Source of Reference - References must be recent primary sources from the last 10 years, including research reports (essays, thesis, dissertations) or research articles from journals or reputable scientific magazines.
References and Quotations - Author must use well-known reference manager software to maintain consistency and accessibility, such as Mendeley, Refworks, Zotero (free) or Endnote, Reference Manager (charged). A series of quote in brackets [1]. Punctuation and brackets [2]. Reference only for reference number, as in [3] -Don’t use “Ref. [3] “or” reference [3]. Minimum of 5 Quotations on citation. References list in citation must be in order of the citation used (sequential) and numbered in Arabic numeral in square brackets.
References must be written with below format:
- Author’s name: last name, first name, middle name. Without academic title.
- Year of publication.
- Location of publication.
- Name of publisher.
The reference must be written in IEEE style.
The article may be a result of research or thought written in Bahasa Indonesia or English and must be submitted in MS Word (.doc) and PDF with the below format:
Paper size, 21 x 29,7 cm (A4)
Top margin 4 cm, inside 4 cm, bottom 3 cm dan outside 2,5 cm
1,15 spaced
Times New Roman font, 11 pt (unless otherwise mentioned)
Maximum of 15 pages
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
